    Energy tour in Belarus to foster Green Economy

    The main organisers of this event were the project 'Supporting the Transition to a Green Economy in the Republic of Belarus', funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme, and the NGO 'Center of Ecological Solutions'. Events of the Energy Tour were held on July, 15 in Starobin (Minsk region), and on July, 16 in Zhitkovichi city (Gomel region). A seminar and festival on green economy and energy efficiency subjects were the main features of the tour.

    European School of Management and Technology supports the advancement of corporate governance in Uzbekistan

    ESMT, the European School of Management and Technology, will provide executive education for Uzbek managers in the area of corporate governance. The programme will focus on the basic principles and international standards of corporate governance. Additionally, modern management practices will be highlighted in the course. The first module starts on 8 September 2015 in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

    The LHCP 2015 conference is the major international conference of the experimental collaborations at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, Geneva. This event is a result of a recent merger of two international conferences: 'Physics at Large Hadron Collider' and 'Hadron Collider Physics Symposium'. The programme will be devoted to a review of the latest experimental and theoretical results on hadron collider physics, especially the results of the new LHC Run 2.

    Policy Stakeholders Conference 'Energy Research and Innovation in the Eastern Partnership'

    The IncoNet EaP project is organising a Policy Stakeholders Conference (PSC) with a focus on 'Energy Research and Innovation' in Minsk, Belarus on 12-13 October 2015. This will be the 2nd Policy Stakeholders Conference organised by the project and the 6th in a series of similar events targeting the Eastern Partnership region started by its predecessor project IncoNet EECA.The event is adjusted to 'ENERGY EXPO 2015', the largest expo in the energy sector in Belarus which this year marks its 20th anniversary.

    DRIVE4EU – Dandelion Rubber and Inulin Valorization and Exploitation for Europe

    DRIVE4EU is a demonstration project which aims at the development of the production chain of natural rubber and inulin from Russian dandelions. The objective of the project is to set up a new European chain for the production and processing of natural rubber. This will enable the EU to become less dependent on the import of natural rubber and at the same time to respond to the threat of a global rubber shortage. The project consortium comprises patners from the Netherlands (Coordinator), Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany and Kazakhstan.
