    Active in Energy? Don't miss out on these events in Georgia!

    Three EU funded projects (ener2i,  SECURE R2I and INNOVER-EAST) are offering a brokerage event and two energy related workshops in Tbilisi, Georgia, on 1-2 June 2015. On 1 June ener2i and SECURE R2I projects will conduct a brokerage event  for energy stakeholders from the EU, Georgia and other Eastern Partnership countries. After the brokerage event, the INNOVER-EAST project will hold a validation workshop on its national Georgian study of energy issues. On 2 June the ener2i and SECURE R2I projects organise a Workshop on Energy, Innovation and Security.

    INOGATE project assists in setting up operational framework for Energy Service Companies in Moldova

    On 3-6 March 2015 INOGATE experts conducted meetings with Energy Service Companies (ESCO) of Moldova to review the current legislative framework, to identify obstacles to the successful implementation of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) in the country and to develop draft legislation including secondary legislative acts.

    Workshop on 'Regenerative Medicine for Lifelong Health and Wellbeing'

    This workshop is organised under the Al-Farabi Partnership Programme, which encourages international collaboration between researchers from the UK and Kazakhstan. The event will focus on the interface between regenerative medicine/tissue engineering, and the biology of ageing and age-related diseases. It will explore both how regenerative medicine approaches can be applied to the diseases and degenerations of later life.

    INNOVER-EAST – Overcoming innovation bottlenecks and intensifying cooperation between research and business

    The INNOVER-EAST project targets five Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Ukraine) to overcome the bottlenecks of innovation, and intensify the level of cooperation between research and business. The project aims to develop new skills and competences in innovation services at relevant organisations, and to help bridge knowledge and business gaps with a focus on energy efficiency.
