Belarus: List of state research programs approved

The List is developed in accordance with the priority areas of basic and applied research in the Republic of Belarus for 2011-2015 ( http://www.increast.eu/en/936.php).

The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is entrusted with communicating the list of the programs to their state customers. Together with them, at the program developing and approval stage the NAS should ensure the share of non-budget financing in the total budget of these programs to reach 15%. These funds have to be drawn by organizations-executers, excluding those subordinated to the Ministry for Health.
