Turkmenistan just started to restore the National Academy of Sciences, which was liquidated during presidency of previous president of Turkmenistan Saparmurat Niyazov. As soon as it will work again it will realize main priorities of government and president of the country and will give new impulse to develop science of Turkmenistan. Present task of Turkmen scientists is to search for training of young researchers at foreign scientific and research centres and to establish close cooperation with prestigious universities of Europe.

Implementation of these tasks is very difficult because during the Niyazov’s presidency all textbooks in Russian and other foreign languages were destroyed in complete. Restoration in the field of education and science is started and will take time.
