With support of the EU the State Personnel Department of the Kyrgyz Republic runs a training trip to the Baltic

Studying Tour of employees of the State Personnel Department of the Kyrgyz Republic to Latvia and Lithuania, from 4 to 11 July 2010, supported by the EU project "Support to Civil Service Reform in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Under the Agreement on an exchange program between Kyrgyzstan and Latvia / Lithuania on joint training and organizing study tours for partners in these countries, the steering apparatus of the State Personnel Service of the KR is going to explore an integrated automated system for declaration of income.

Public servants in the State Tax Service of the Republic of Latvia and the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania will focus on issues such as technical specifications and requirements for the development of systems for declaring the legislative framework, security and reliability, data collection and analysis, as well as ethical issues and data availability to citizens Latvia and Lithuania, the impact on policy and practice in EU member states and how they should be developed and implemented.

Studying Tour also allows for the team of the State Personnel Department  better understand all questions and use  gained knowledge to develop an automated module for the civil servants of the Kyrgyz Republic as part of an information system for management of human resources.

The project "Promotion of Public Service in the Kyrgyz Republic is also planned to organize studying tours of staff of the State Personnel Services and the State Agency for Social Security of the Kyrgyz Republic  to Finland at the end of July 2010.

Employees of the State agency of the social supplying went to Finland for training

Several members of the State agency of the social supplying by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of the European Union (EU) went to Finland in order to improve skills.

A series of studying tours organized with the support of the EU project "Support to Civil Service Reform in the Kyrgyz Republic” in Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Agency staff will be trained in the Finnish capital, Helsinki, from 11 to 17 July 2010.

Main objectives of the study tour is to acquire knowledge, exchange of experience and understanding of the functions and activities of relevant organizations in Finland.

Particular attention will be paid to such issues as: the role, functions, powers and responsibilities of these organizations in Finland, the relationship between political and administrative apparatus and the post, information technology, electronic government, and the system of quality management and evaluation, development and application of standards for services, professional development .

As part of your trip will explore the activities of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health of Finland, as well as other governmental organizations dealing with social security, social protection, social services, and payment of government benefits and more. The tour participants will meet with representatives of relevant ministries and agencies in Finland, as well as hold meetings with representatives of local authorities
