    In August 2009 the web portal “incrEAST“ celebrates its first anniversary. It is designed to help link the research structures of the EU, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The website contributes to improving mutual knowledge about national research landscapes and strengthening international cooperation. incrEAST updates its information and structure regularly to become even more detailed and user-friendly.     incrEAST: Press Release 2008

    On 1st August 2008 the web portal incrEAST was launched. incrEAST aims to improve networking between the research structures of the EU, Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA), it helps to increase mutual knowledge of the various national research landscapes, and thereby supports international co-operations. The web portal provides information on collaborative projects with EECA countries, current calls for proposals, research and sponsorship programmes, research policy developments and partner organisations.     Conclusions of the 1st Stakeholders Conference of IncoNet EECA, Athens, June 2009

Policy Stakeholders Conference organized by IncoNet EECA in Athens on 16-17 June 2009, bringing together policy makers from the EU and Eastern Europe/Central Asia to exchange their exepriences on S&T cooperation between both regions.
